About roof coatings in Winston-Salem
Roof coatings — acrylic, silicone, and polyurethane systems — are applied over sound existing roofs to restore reflectivity, seal minor weathering, and extend service life. They're common on flat and low-slope commercial roofs and some residential applications.
Properties in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County can differ in age, roof shape, materials, exposure, and local requirements. An on-site assessment is the reliable way to determine the right scope for a specific property.
